Defective items: Eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.
EU customers: Right to cancel and return within 14 days of receipt, as per EU law.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags/packaging.
Exclusions: Custom-made items as per customer’s specifications, on sale items, accessories & jewelry and intimate items are non-returnable.
Process: Contact Customer Care to initiate a return. Refunds processed within 10–15 business days after inspection. Shipping costs may be deducted unless due to manufacturer’s fault.
